INTEREST RATE RESETS

Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 22 December 2014 is 6.092% p.a.
(“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 23 March 2015, for the period
22 December 2014 to 22 March 2015, will be calculated based on the following rates:

ABN39                                    7.892% p.a. (180bps over JIBAR) (*Following)
ASN004                                   7.092% p.a. (100bps over JIBAR) (**Modified Following)

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day.

** When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the
weekend or public holiday falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the
weekend / public holiday will be used instead.

Next reset date: 23 March 2015.
