Disclosure of prior year/period error – 28 February 2014 and 31 August 2014 Infrasors Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2007/002405/06) Share code: IRA ISIN: ZAE 000101507 (“Infrasors” or “the Company”) DISCLOSURE OF PRIOR YEAR/PERIOD ERROR – 28 FEBRUARY 2014 AND 31 AUGUST 2014 28 FEBRUARY 2014 Shareholders are advised that the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014, as published on 29 August 2014, was selected for review as part of the JSE’s pro-active monitoring process. Following the conclusion of this review process, the JSE has requested that a corrective SENS announcement be made in respect of the financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014. Shareholders are now notified that the disclosure relating to a retrospective adjustment as reflected in the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014 should be changed. The group retrospectively adjusted the disclosure of certain deferred tax assets and deferred tax liabilities in respect of the 2013 financial year in the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014. The group described the retrospective adjustment as a “reclassification” in note 36.4. The JSE requested that note 36.4 should have been renamed as “Correction of prior year error – Deferred taxation” as opposed to “Reclassification of balances – Deferred taxation”. All the correct disclosures have otherwise been made in note 36.4. 31 AUGUST 2014 We confirm that the same disclosures were made in respect of the results for the six months ended 31 August 2014, as published on 5 November 2014, than those in the audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2014. Accordingly, the change in disclosure referred to above also applies to the corresponding disclosures made in the results for the six months ended 31 August 2014.
