Update regarding the provisional liquidation of Brikor

Shareholders are referred to the various cautionary announcements released over the past year which
culminated in the provisional liquidation of Brikor, the last of which was published on 25 November 2013.
On 21 November 2014 the Kwa-Zulu Natal High Court adjourned the matter until 5 June 2015. The
business will continue to operate under the supervision of the liquidators.
The trading in the shares of the Company on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
