INTEREST PAYMENT ON CONVERTIBLE BOND

Bondholders of the Soapstone Investment Convertible Bond are hereby advised that the DMCCB convertible bond
will commence trading ex-interest as from Monday 8 December 2014, with respect to the interest coupon period
that commenced on 15 September 2014 and that ends on 14 December 2014. The interest amount to be paid on 15
December 2014 will be ZAR349.04109 for each ZAR10,000 of principal amount. The next interest coupon period
will commence on 15 December 2014 (inclusive) and end on 15 March 2014.
