NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements including a notice
of the AGM for the year ended 30 June 2014 have been posted on Tuesday, 4 November
2014 and contain no material modifications to the reviewed preliminary condensed results
which were released on SENS on Tuesday, 9 September 2014.
NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Compu-Clearing will be held at 14:00 on Thursday,
4 December 2014 in the boardroom, North Building, 7 Drome Road, Lyndhurst, to transact
the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the annual
financial statements.
RECORD DATES
The Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such
in the Company's securities register on 7 November 2014.
Hard copies will be available at the Company’s registered office on request to the Financial
Director, Mr Jonathan Davis at jonathan@compuclearing.za.com
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the
Company's securities register in order to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 28 November
2014. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the AGM is Friday, 21 November
2014. Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 14:00 on Wednesday, 3 December
2014.
