In terms of a voting pool agreement entered into between the founders of Delta, details of which
were disclosed in Delta’s pre-listing statement dated 23 October 2012, the founders have
exercised their pre-emptive rights to purchase 100 000 linked units from the Sengwayo Share
Trust. The disclosure below reflects the trade by a director as a result of the exercise of the pre-
emptive rights in terms of the voting pool agreement.
