Shareholders are advised that the summarised integrated report of the Company for the year ended 31
May 2014 will be posted to shareholders today, 21 October 2014 and contains no modifications to the
audited summary consolidated financial statements which were released on SENS on 29 August 2014.
The Company’s annual financial statements and full integrated report will be available on the Company's
website (www.morvest.co.za) from 21 October 2014. The annual financial statements were audited by
Mazars (Gauteng) Inc., who expressed an unqualified opinion thereon. The company’s annual financial
statements contain no modifications
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Morvest will be held at 188 14th
Road, Noordwyk, Midrand, at 10:00 on Friday, 21 November 2014 for the purpose of conducting the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the 2014 integrated annual
report.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to shareholders of the Company who were recorded as
such in the Company's securities register on Friday, 17 October 2014.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the Company's securities
register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 14 November 2014. The last
day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 07 November 2014
Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on Wednesday, 19 November 2014.
