RELEASE OF ANNUAL REPORT

INCA wishes to advise bondholders that the Company’s annual report for the year ended 30 June 2014 is
available for inspection at the registered office of the Company. The annual report will also be available
on the Company’s website at www.inca.co.za.

INCA endorses the Third King Report on Corporate Governance and the accompanying Code of
Governance Principles (“King III”) and has provided details on the Company’s corporate governance in
its annual report. Further to this, the Company will be publishing a King III checklist, detailing the
Company’s compliance in relation to each of the 75 principles contained in King III. This checklist will be
available on the Company’s website at www.inca.co.za/information_financialratings.html by Friday,
31 October 2014.
