NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. No change statement
Shareholders are hereby advised that the integrated annual report, including notice of annual general
meeting, will be published on Acucap's website (www.acucap.co.za) with effect from today, 30
September 2014. The annual financial results contain no changes to the provisional financial results
which were released on SENS on 12 June 2014.
2. Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 12:00 on Tuesday,
4 November 2014 at the offices of KPMG, Meeting Room 1, 8th Floor, 1 Mediterranean Street, Foreshore,
Cape Town to transact the business as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of
the integrated annual report.
The record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the Notice of Annual General
Meeting was Friday, 19 September 2014. The board of directors of Acucap has determined that the last
day to trade to be eligible to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 17 October
2014 and the record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in
and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 24 October 2014. Only shareholders who are registered
by Friday, 24 October 2014 will be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
