MEETING TO CONSIDER RESCUE PLAN TO BE HELD ON 10 OCTOBER 2014

Shareholders are referred to previous SENS announcements
concerning the business rescue proceedings in Ububele and in
nine of its subsidiaries (“the Ububele Subsidiaries”).

In terms of section 146(a) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008
(“the Act”), each holder of any issued security of a company
is entitled to notice of each meeting or other relevant event
relating to the business rescue.

Shareholders are advised that a meeting of creditors and any
other holders of a voting interest in Ububele will be held at
the offices of Bowman Gilfillan Inc, 22 Bree Street, Cape
Town, at 10h00 on Friday 10 October 2014. The purpose of the
meeting – which is to be held in accordance with section 152
of the Act – will be to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass
Ububele's proposed business rescue plan.

Meetings to consider the business rescue plans of the Ububele
Subsidiaries will be held on 9 and 10 October 2014.
