Quinton will also serve as a member of the audit committee. Quinton holds a B. Juris LLB II from the University of the Western Cape and is a legal and management consultant. He has extensive experience in commercial and legal matters as well as years of experience in the construction, logistics and fishing industries. Quinton also brings a strong community serving background and will assist Bonatla in many areas of socio economic development as well bringing his expertise and insight into construction and other industries to the board. Correction to previous announcement In the “Change of board of directors” announcement published on 15 September 2015, shareholders were advised that Mark Nurick qualified as a CA (SA) with Deloitte and Touche, gaining experience both in South Africa and in New York. In fact, Mark qualified as a CA (SA) with Moores Rowland and later joined Deloitte and Touche in New York. Compliance The above changes have been made in order to regularise Bonatla’s compliance with the Companies Act (“Act”), King III and the JSE Listings Requirements following the recent passing of Mr Brodie and earlier board changes.
