NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Keaton’s Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014, which incorporates
the audited Annual Financial Statements for the period, was distributed to shareholders
today, 4 September 2014.
The Integrated Annual Report is available on Keaton’s website at www.keatonenergy.co.za.
The Integrated Annual Report and audited Annual Financial Statements contain no changes
from the reviewed provisional condensed consolidated group results published on SENS on
25 June 2014. The Annual Financial Statements were audited by the group’s auditors, KPMG
Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in the audited Annual Financial Statements and
is also available for inspection at the group’s registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 9h30 on
Monday the 6th of October 2014 at Indigo 2, Ground Floor, The Forum, Wanderers Building,
The Campus (Dimension Data), 57 Sloane Street (corner Main Street), Bryanston to transact
the business as stated in the Notice of AGM, which is incorporated in the Integrated Annual
Report. The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to
participate in and vote at this AGM is 26 September 2014. The last date to trade in order to
be eligible to vote is 18 September 2014.
