Delay in posting of circular to shareholders

Infrasors Holdings Limited
(Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa)
(Registration number 2007/002405/06)
Share code: IRA ISIN: ZAE 000101507
(“Infrasors” or “the Company”)

DELAY IN POSTING OF CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS

Shareholders are referred to the announcements made on SENS dated 18 March 2014 and 1 July
2014 (“the announcements”), relating to the specific repurchase and specific issue of Infrasors shares
by the Company; respectively.

Infrasors shareholders are advised that the posting of the circular to shareholders referred to in the
above mentioned announcements has been delayed. The delay is due to the redrafting of the specific
repurchase circular to incorporate the specific issue, thus reflecting both transactions in one circular.
Furthermore, additional Pro Forma financial information has had to be prepared in support of the
Specific Issue which has delayed the process.

It is anticipated that the process should be completed and the circular posted to shareholders by no
later than 19 September 2014. Shareholders will be notified of any changes to the anticipated
timetable as they occur.
