Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements

General Review

The JSE refers to the announcement dated 7 April 2014 regarding the general review of the JSE
Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”).

The JSE has made global amendments to the Requirements which will result in the issue of a whole
new service issue, being Service Issue 18. The new Service Issue will be prepared in conjunction with
the publishers of the Requirements, being LexisNexis, and will be released in due course to
subscribers.

Pursuant to Board Notice 108 of 2014 as published in the Government Gazette No.37954, the
effective date of these amendments to the Requirements will be 30 September 2014.
