Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February
2014, posted on 29 August 2014, are unchanged from the reviewed condensed provisional
consolidated financial statements which were released on SENS on 12 May 2014.


Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Infrasors Holdings Limited will be held at
Lyttelton Dolomite Mine, Botha Avenue, Lyttelton, Centurion on Tuesday, 28 October 2014 at 09:30.
The notice of the annual general meeting is issued with the integrated annual report.
