Shareholders are advised that the summarised annual financial statements were posted to
shareholders on 27 August 2014 and contain no changes to the audited condensed financial
results for the year ended 28 February 2014, that was released on SENS on 2 June 2014. The
complete Integrated Annual Report was published on the Company’s website www.wearne.co.za.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 12:00 on
Wednesday, 1 October 2014 in the boardroom of the company at Stonemill Office Park, 3
Kiepersol House, 300 Acacia Road, Cresta.
