INTEREST RATE RESET
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) as at 7 August 2014 is
0.2371% p.a.
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 7 November 2014 (*Following), for the period
7 August 2014 to 6 November 2014, will be calculated based on a rate of 5.2371% p.a. (500 bps over
LIBOR).
Repayment of the Nominal Amount on each Note will be determined and calculated in USD, but for
settlement, purposes only, will be converted into ZAR on the Interest Payment Dates. Each Note is thus a
USD obligation which for settlement and JSE purposes is converted to ZAR on the basis that this is
merely a settlement mechanism. Calculations will be made in USD. The coupon amount is based on a
nominal of USD 4,500,000.00.
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
Next reset: 7 November 2014.
