As regards the Specific Issue, shareholders are hereby advised that due to certain of the conditions precedent having not been fulfilled, the Specific Issue will not be implemented. As a consequence, the intended participation by the Company in Kutlwano in the manner envisaged, will not be implemented. Shareholders are however advised that the directors are presently engaged in discussions regarding alternatives with a view to facilitating the Company’s potential participation in Kutlwano as well as other alternatives for the ongoing funding needs of the Company.
