(“GEPF”), have, in aggregate, disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by GEPF now amounts to 10.96% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company. Shareholders are also advised that Growthpoint has received formal notification that Southern Palace Properties (Pty) Ltd (“Southern Palace”) has acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Southern Palace amounts to 7.95% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
