Further to the cautionary announcement dated 13 June 2014 (the “First Cautionary
Announcement”), shareholders are advised that the board of directors of the Company is still
considering various strategic options, as referred in the First Cautionary Announcement, all of
which, if successful, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
