distributed on Friday 18 July 2014, and contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed results for the year ended

Notice is hereby given that the company’s annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 9.00am on Thursday,
14 August 2014 at the company’s offices at the Tropicana Hotel, 85 O.R. Tambo (Marine) Parade, Durban.
