The trustees of Nitro 4 wish to advise noteholders that Moody’s has
upgraded the rating on its Class B Notes from Baa2 (sf)/A1.za (sf) to
A3(sf)/Aa2.za(sf). The Class C notes have been upgraded from Ba2
(sf)/Baa1.za (sf)to Baa3(sf)/A2.za(sf).The rating of the outstanding
Class A12-A14 notes has been affirmed at A1 (sf)/Aaa.za (sf).
