Notice of change to the board of directors

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notice 
is hereby given that Mr Ajit Pratap Singh has been appointed to the board of directors of 
SACMH as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with effect from 30 June 2014 
following the resignation of Mr David Miller whose resignation was announced on 19 March 2014. 

Mr Singh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Fellow Member 
of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.    He has also completed CFA, LLB, PGDBA and MS 
(Finance). He has more than 16 years’ experience in Project Finance, Working Capital Management, 
Accounts, Taxation, Mergers & Acquistions, Commercial Trade and Company Secretarial and Legal 
Discipline.   Mr Singh has worked for JSW Energy Limited for the past four years.   He has 
diversified industrial experiences in various businesses with large corporate houses in India.

The board of SACMH welcomes Mr Ajit Pratap Singh and looks forward to a long and valued working 
relationship.
