RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY


Results of the AGM

Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of Chrometco held today, 4
July 2014, all the ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.


Further cautionary

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 28 May 2014 and are
advised that the exploratory drilling on three mining blocks of the Company’s Rooderand
asset referred to therein has begun, this being the first phase. The Company will update
shareholders when the second phase has begun.


Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a further detailed
announcement is made.
