NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2013
were posted to shareholders on 27 June 2014 and contained no modifications to the audited results which were
published on 7 March 2014. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of South Ocean Holdings and their reports are available for inspection at the registered offices of the
company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders along with the annual financial
statements, and notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the
Conference room, 16 Botha Street, Alrode, at 11h00 on 30 July 2014, in order to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
