NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The integrated annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the Company for
the year ended 31 March 2014 has been posted to shareholders today, 30 June 2014. There
has been no change between the results posted and the audited results released on SENS on
18 June 2014. The integrated annual report is also available for download from the Company’s
website, www.racltd.co.za.
The annual financial statements were audited by the Company’s auditors, Ernst & Young Inc.
and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) of ordinary
shareholders of the Company, which will be held at Southern Sun Newlands, 7 Main Road,
Newlands, Cape Town on Wednesday, 20 August 2014 at 11:00.
All preference shareholders are invited to attend the Chairman’s meeting, which will follow
immediately after the AGM. At this meeting, the executives of RAC will discuss the operations
and investments of the Company, and answer any questions.
