Board Changes


Further to the announcements of 9 April 2014 and 8 May 2014, African Eagle announces the
resignation of Mr Julian McIntyre and Mr Venkat Siva from the board of African Eagle (“Board”) with
immediate effect. On resignation, Julian McIntyre and Venkat Siva surrendered their options in the
Company.

The Company hopes to be in a position to announce the appointments of Mr Nicholas Antony Clarke
(Nick Clarke) and Mr Orikolade Adebayo Karim (Kola Karim) to the Board, in accordance with the AIM
Rules, shortly.
