DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

Datatec has received a notification from Mr C S Seabrooke of a
sale of Datatec shares by Sabvest Limited (“Sabvest”) which is
controlled by The Seabrooke Family Trust. The sale is part of
general portfolio reduction by Sabvest to fund its final special
dividend to use expiring STC credits.
