Board Change

The Waterberg Coal Company Limited wishes to advise of the resignation of Mr Daniel
Crennan as a Director of the Company effective immediately. Mr Crennan resigns from his
position in order to focus on other business activities. The Board would like to thank him for
his efforts to date and wish him well in his future endeavours.
