However, Mr Ramagaga will continue to assist the Company with the preparation of the financial results for year ended 28 February 2014. The Board thanks Mr Ramagaga for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours. Mr Christo Els, an independent management consultant, will be appointed to the Board as an executive director with immediate effect and will assume the role of interim financial director until such time as the Board is in a position to appoint a financial director. Shareholders will be advised in due course once an appointment has been made. Mr Els has nine years of commercial banking experience with ABSA and has fourteen years of financial management experience in the hospitality sector. The last executive position that Mr Els occupied, was as the regional financial manager for an international hotel group. Since January 2013, Mr Els has been providing financial management services for variety of private equity investments and was appointed as financial director in November 2013 for a newly formed private civil and electrical engineering company.
