NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LIMITED LISTING REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
Reunert has received formal notification that the Public Investment Corporation
Limited has decreased its beneficial interest in the total issued ordinary shares of
Reunert from 15,534% to 13,073%.
