DEALING IN UBUBELE HOLDINGS LIMITED SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF
A DIRECTOR

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Ububele rights offer
closed on Thursday, 17 April 2014 (“the Rights Offer”), and
accordingly shareholders who have subscribed for their Rights
Offer entitlement will be issued Ububele ordinary shares on
Tuesday, 22 April 2014.

The Rights Offer was underwritten by Rovic Agri Proprietary
Limited (“the Underwriter”) who, in terms of the underwriting
agreement, also had the right to place any Rights Offer Shares not
subscribed for by Ububele shareholders or the Underwriter, with
third parties.

In compliance with rules 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following information is disclosed by Ububele
pursuant to a director of Ububele subscribing for his entitlement
in terms of the Rights Offer and receiving shares placed with the
director by the Underwriter:
