CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board, effective today:

Haroon Habib has retired as a director and Chairman of the Board as part of a personal
decision to reduce his business commitments as he approaches age 75.

Haroon has been a director and subsequently Chairman of Sabvest for 18 years. His
guidance, advice, support and presence at all levels in Sabvest's activities have been
invaluable. The Board extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to Haroon and wishes his wife
Ruwaida and him good health and much happiness in the more relaxed years ahead.

The following directors of Sabvest have kindly accepted new roles:

* Philip Coutts-Trotter, currently Deputy Chairman, has been appointed Non-Executive
Chairman.

* Dawn Mokhobo has been appointed Independent Non-Executive Deputy Chairperson.

* Nigel Hughes has been appointed Lead Independent Director.

The Board now comprises seven directors of whom five are non-executive and of whom three
are independent. There are no changes to the composition of the three board committees.
