CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

the JSE Limited, Alert Steels’ shareholders are hereby
notified that Mr Mahomed (‘Mac’) Gani has resigned from the
Alert Steel board as chief financial officer effective on 30
April 2014.

The board wishes to thank Mac for the valuable contribution he
has made to the board.
