TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES BY
INVESTEC LIMITED (“Investec”)

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 7 April 2014 that Investec have, in aggregate, disposed of a portion of
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by Investec now amounts to14.9258% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
