Cash Redemption Debenture holders of the Foord Compass Limited Variable Rate Debentures (“Debentures”) (“Debenture Holders”) are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) announcement on 26 February 2014 pertaining to the results of the general meeting of Debenture Holders and the timetable (refer paragraph 2 below) for the cash redemption of all issued Debentures in accordance with Clause 8.2 of the Debenture Trust Deed dated 5 May 2009 (“Cash Redemption”). The net attributable asset value (“NAAV”) of the Debentures as at 26 March 2014 amounted to 905.5 cents per Debenture (31 December 2013: 904.4 cents per Debenture on an ex-interest basis). Accordingly, Debenture Holders will receive a cash payment of 905.5 cents per Debenture on Monday, 31 March 2014 in respect of the Cash Redemption. Debenture Holders are advised to seek tax advice on the tax treatment of the Cash Redemption. 2.
