Shareholders are advised that the Company has now received formal approval of the Rights Offer from the Issuer Regulation Division of the JSE Limited and accordingly, the Rights Offer can now be implemented in accordance with the salient dates and times as set out in the Declaration Announcement. Shareholders are further advised that a circular containing full details of the terms of the Rights Offer, incorporating a form of instruction in respect of the letter of allocation will be distributed on Tuesday, 1 April 2014 to all certificated shareholders recorded in the Ububele share register as such on the record date, being Friday, 4 April 2014 (“the Record Date”).
