CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are advised that Mr Jeroen Schurink has been appointed as a non-executive director to
the board of Keaton with effect from 7 March 2014. Mr Schurink holds a Master’s degree in
International Management and served as the Chief Financial Officer for Gunvor for eight years until
2013. On 1 September 2013 Mr Schurink was appointed as the Chief Investment and Operating
Officer for the Gunvor Group.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Michelle Taylor has resigned as Keaton’s company
secretary and, Mrs Anelia Schutte-Bouwer has been appointed as the company secretary and
compliance officer of Keaton. Both resignation and appointment are with effect from 7 March 2014.
