DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and that as a result of
the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of GBP 6 pence per OMLNIK share instalment that is payable
on Friday, 30 May 2014. The proposed exchange rate is yet to be announced. The final payment will
be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 16 April 2014. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Thursday, 17 April 2014. The record date will be Friday, 25 April
2014.

OLD MUTUAL PLC's income tax number is 9460/144/14/1.
