No Change Statement and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Miranda shareholders are advised that the 2013 Integrated Annual Report (“Annual Report”) will be posted today.
The annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2013, as set out in the Annual Report contain no
modifications to the reviewed preliminary report for the same period, published on 28 November 2013.

The Annual Report will be available on the Miranda website (http://mirandaminerals.com/financial_reports.html)
today.

The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Miranda’s shareholders will be held on Monday, 31 March 2014 at 10:00
at the Protea Hotel Midrand, 14th Street, Noordwyk Ext 20, Halfway House, Midrand, Gauteng, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the Annual report.
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to attend, participate
in, and vote at this AGM, is Thursday, 20 March 2014. The record date for purposes of determining which
shareholders of the Company are entitled to receive notice of a shareholders meeting is Friday, 21 February 2014.
