RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general
meeting of the Company held today, Tuesday, 25 February
2014, all the ordinary and special resolutions presented
in the notice of annual general meeting were approved by
the requisite majority of votes.

In response to questions raised by shareholders at the
annual general meeting, the Chairman advised that the
actions taken by the directors to address the losses
incurred by the Company are showing positive results and
that January 2014 represented the Company’s first monthly
profit.

The interim results for the six months ended 31 December
2013 will be published on SENS on or before 31 March
2014, but shareholders are advised that at this juncture,
the earnings per share and the headline earnings per
share for the six months ended 31 December 2013 are not
expected to differ by more than 20% from the earnings and
headline earnings per share for the prior comparative
period.

Shareholders are advised that neither the interim results
for the six months ended 31 December 2013, nor the
management accounts for January 2014 have been reviewed
and reported on by the auditors of the Company.
