APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Further to the SENS announcement dated 21 November 2013 relating
to the resignation of Mr Gene Lapan as Group Financial Director as
of 28 February 2014, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr
Manley Diedloff will, in addition to his current role as Group
Managing Director, assume the responsibility as Chief Financial
Officer with effect from the 1st of March 2014.
