RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Further to the cautionary announcement dated 13 April 2012 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 9 January 2014, shareholders are hereby advised that
negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on 
the price of the Company’s securities.

Subsequent to the announcements released on SENS on 22 November 2013 and 20 December 2013,
whereby shareholders were advised that the Company is undergoing business rescue proceedings and
that Mr Piers Marsden was appointed as the business rescue practitioner, the first meeting was held. 
Mr Marsden is currently finalising a plan which will be published in due course.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
