Shareholders are reminded that the company has changed its year end to 30 June each year and accordingly the interim results for the first six months of the period ended 31 December 2013 are to be compared to the first six months of the period ended 30 September 2012. An initial review of the financial results for the 6 month period ended 31 December 2013 has indicated that the company will experience a substantial decline in profits compared to the 6 month period ended 30 September 2012. Accordingly, the basic earnings per share and the headline earnings per share is expected to decrease by between 4.50 cents and 5.00 cents per share from the unaudited figures published for the year 6 months ended 30 September 2012, which approximated 0.01 cents per share.
