Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on 22 and 29 January 2014 as well
as 6 and 13 February 2014.

StratCorp intends to oppose Kose-Kose Investments Limited’s application.

Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
