TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Austro has received notification from
Peregrine Equities (Pty) Ltd (“Peregrine Equities”) of the acquisition by Peregrine Equities of Austro
securities such that Peregrine Equities’ total beneficial interest in the company is now 15.23% of Austro’s
issued securities.
