APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised
that Mr. Willem Johannes Raubenheimer (“Mr Raubenheimer”) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member
of the audit and risk committee of Ububele with effect from 5
December 2013.

Mr Raubenheimer is a qualified chartered accountant with 26 years’
experience as a partner with Mazars and has functioned in various
roles during the past 9 years with the Mazars office in Cape Town
i.e. started and headed corporate finance, head of consulting,
started and headed business rescue. He has been the lead advisor
on the listings of Afrimat Ltd and Mazor Ltd. Mr Raubenheimer has
also worked in the UK for three years as finance director of two
companies, one listed on the OFEX exchange. Currently Mr
Raubenheimer is CEO of Hertz South Africa & Namibia, a division of
Unitrans Automotive, and ultimately controlled by Steinhoff.


The Ububele board welcomes the appointment of Mr. Raubenheimer and
looks forward to his contributions.
