Africa Top 40 Index on 1 June 2012; and

BNP Paribas Arbitrage Issuance B.V. – ZA037 – amendment to issue
of ZAR40,000,000 warrants (WT0822SAD) relating to a Basket of
Shares on 1 June 2012

The Issuer Services division of the JSE Limited has approved the
amendment to the Final Terms of the ZA038 and ZA037 issuances as
follows:

ZA038 – the new ISIN Code in respect of this transaction is
ZAE000168001 (the previous ISIN Code was ZAE000167953);

ZA037 – the new ISIN Code in respect of this transaction is
ZAE000167995 (the previous ISIN Code was ZAE000167979)
