regarding the conversion of PrefEx Securities to the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act
(“CISCA”) format and the change of name of PrefEx. PrefEx Securities holders are advised that at the
meeting of PrefEx Securities holders held today, 19 November 2013, the conversion of PreEx Securities
to the CISCA format was approved by the requisite majority of PrefEx Securities holders.
