UPDATE ON FLOOD DAMAGE AT MEDICLINIC VERGELEGEN

Work has commenced to repair facilities damaged by flooding at
Mediclinic Vergelegen in Somerset West during the night of 15
November 2013 after all patients were brought to safety at a
number of facilities in the area.

Costs relating to the damage are being assessed and business
disruption will be kept to a minimum.

The financial impact is not expected to be material to the Company
and further updates will follow in due course as and when
applicable.
